Shipping policy
Shipping prices are calculated by weight. We only ship within the UK and the United States at the moment. Delivery takes 1-3 working days from the shipment date. We aim to despatch as soon as payment is recieved. You will recieve an email notification once your order is despatch.

£3 for delivery on orders under £50
£6.50 for heavier orders weighing over 2kg
United States
Unfortunately, we cannot ship packages weighing more than 2kg

£19.35 standard international 3 to 17 business days
All parcels will be shipped via royalmail, DHL or UPS
NOTICE
Please be aware that Kayrenice Naturals is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is you, the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is inserted correctly, so please double check before proceeding. If the wrong address is given, and the parcel is returned to Kayrenice Naturals, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to ensure the parcel is re-delivered to the correct address.
Customs, Duties and Local Taxation
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Kayrenice Naturals are not responsible for these fees, it is you, the customers responsibility. Any parcels returned to Kayrenice Naturals from customs clearing due to the customer not paying their fees, will not be refunded.
Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery.
